Installation Instructions
TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptoms:
Appropriate Action:
Chair will not operate Check the main ON/OFF switch to ensure it is in the ON position.
Chair will not operate Check the A/C outlet that the chair is plugged into to ensure that there is power
going to the chair. Also check the building’s circuit breakers if no power is available at
the A/C outlet.
Main On/Off switch
(Cl) is “ON”
Motors will not work
1. Check to make sure that the round cable plug at the end of the motor cable is
pushed all the way into the Controller box located under the seat.
2. Check the cables connected between the Switch Interface Circuit and the
Controller (refer to Base Parts List) and assure they are completely engaged.
Noisy motor(s)
Damaged gears - call for service.
