M4FM-HD User Manual 

after  the  last  field  saves  all  changes.    The  arrow  will  stop  flashing  indicating  it  is  in  selection  mode.  
Toggle Exit with the arrow and press ENTER to exit to the previous menu.  Once a change has been 
made the unit will reset and automatically restart.

The selection mode arrow is defaulted to the top right corner of the menu.  To Exit press ENTER.  More

Located at the top right corner of the Alarm menu is used to exit back to the previous SYSTEM menu.  
From Alarms menu press the UP arrow button until the arrow is to the right of EXIT on the LCD then
