Lodos Gas Unit Heater
Design and Working Principle
LODOS is equipped with automation consisting of an 845 Sigma gas valve, an axial
fan, a chimney fan, a processor, a display, an ignition electrode and a special
software card.
The gas coming from the main natural gas line to the gas valve is transferred to the
collectors by flex.
With the interaction of the gas ignition electrode passing through the collectors,
flame formation is provided in the burners. The flame passes through the specially
designed serpentines inside the boiler, increasing the heat and providing the
opportunity to heat up faster and easier.
Air circulation is provided by the help of 350 mm, 500 mm, 700 mm fans to heat the
heat generated inside the boiler. When the ambient air is rotated 2-3 times, the heat-
ing process takes place. The waste gas formed is thrown out with the help of
chimneys with the suction of the chimney fan.
Gas Valve
The gas valve ensures the supply of gas pressure in front of the burner nozzles and
designed to control its regulation.
The gas valve (Fig. 1) consists of two solenoid valves and a gas pressure regulator.
The gas valve has the following elements. Gas inlet, gas outlet, inlet gas pressure
measuring place, outlet gas pressure measuring place, solenoid, coil, 1st stage gas
pressure setting, largest stage gas pressure setting, home connection.
