Performed During Maintenance List of Required Activities
»
Make an external inspection to determine the mechanical damage to the device,
open the intervention paper of the device and make sure that there are no cracks
or damage.
»
Check the condition of the ignition rods for signs of damage from exposure to high
temperatures.
»
Ensure timely replacement of defective parts. Make sure that there are no foreign
objects that interfere with the operation of the heater.
»
Clean the outer surfaces from dust and dirt, wipe the reflective surfaces of the
reflectors with a dry and soft cloth.
»
Clean the inside of the heater by blowing compressed air at a pressure of 0.4-0.5
MPA through a 3 mm nozzle. Blow through the openings of the tiles from the out-
side, then from the inside through the opening of the mixing tube. Evacuate to run
until there is no dust exit from the heater. The frequency of cleaning the interior
depends on the degree of dust in the room.
»
Check all electrical connections, check the grounding of the device.
»
Check the tightness of all threaded connections of the heater and gas pipeline.
»
Check the operation of the gas valve, adjust the gas pressure in front of the burn-
er nozzle if necessary, make sure that both pressure control nipples are tight.
»
Check the operation of automation and security systems. Clean the inside of the
heater by blowing compressed air at a pressure of 0.4-0.5 MPA through a 3 mm
nozzle.
»
Perform the test run of the heater, make sure the device is in good condition.
Attention! In seasonal conditions of use of the heater, in case of long inactivity
of the device, it is recommended to cover the hole in the mixing tube with cloths
or to take various measures to prevent the penetration of insects and other
organic substances.
