The AXON as a Modbus Unit

AXON units can be used to provide simple I/O expansion for Davicom’s Cortex units, or for any other MODBUS
master device. In MODBUS Mode, the hamburger menu is as shown below: Most System settings are the same as
for Standalone Mode, except that the Home / IP Parameters section will be different. The SNMP tab is replaced by the
Modbus TCP tab and there are no Email or Axon/Neuro Command server tabs.

More details on this mode of operation will be

provided in a separate document that will be posted on Davicom’s DEX
