TROUBLE SHOOTING

 

 

 

WARNING: If EcoSalt REDOX Probe is disconnected or not properly connected to Power Supply then 
your EcoSalt REDOX will continue to produce chlorine and may reach dangerous levels. Always ensure 
connections are intact and if cell power light is continually on or you discover high chlorine levels in the 
pool, turn off the EcoSalt REDOX and check the connections. 

 

No Chlorine Production - Check for

 

1. 

Main power outlet switched off / circuit breaker 

tripped 

2. 

Chlorinator not connected correctly into main outlet 

3. 

ORP CONTROL turned to minimum setting 

4. 

Chlorinator fuse blown 

5. 

Dirty or failed Cell 

6. 

Filter needs back washing 

7. 

Flow Switch not connected 

8. 

Insufficient water flow through cell 

9. 

Running times incorrect 

10.
