The trapezoidal perforated plate (23) is attached to the
frame by mean of two pressure clips (23a). (See
illustrations four & 5) Its top side is inserted into the
housing cover (18) and the clips are pressed into position
on its bottom (23b). It is then easily removed, without
removing any part of the housing, to allow easy access
to the screws (F) to retighten them whenever needed.
Attach the perforated plate cover to the
frame by mean of the pressure clips.

The dashboard holder (6) must be fitted onto the
handle column (2) before it is possible to mount the
dashboard (4.1) on the handle column (2). It can simply
be left loose at the bottom of the column for the moment.

Mounting the handle column and the dashboard
You must check the tightening of the two holder screws (F) and of the fastening
screws (FS1 & 2) from time to time, and retighten them very firmly whenever needed.
3. Mounting instructions for the dashboard
Required parts:
Dashboard with the handle, protective plate
and clamp
Dashboard holder
Tensing lever with the appropriate washer (E)
2 Recessed head screws with washers ( C/D )
2 Fastening screws with washers ( H/J )
Required tools:
Lift the handle column (2)
to vertical position and
fasten it to the frame with
the 2 recessed head

Preassembled
dashboard unit
After the exact positioning of the column is achieved, the M10 screws (F) on the left of the column holder
(LSH1) must be firmly tightened with the supplied SW8 Allen wrench. Only then, you can tighten the fastening
screws (FS1 and FS2) to prevent bending the column.
The fastening screw (FS2) is located behind the perforated
plate (22) on the right side. Insert the SW8 Allen wrench
through the opening, covered with a cap (22a) to get to
the screw FS2.

Check the tightening of the holder screws (F) after you
tighten the screws (FS1 & FS2). If needed, you must
tighten them one more time!
