Field 7 is to define the number of the copies of a special receipt containing
only the amount of the receipt and the signature of the customer when paying
with a credit card. Issuing of the exact copy of the receipt is forbidden.
Field 8 is to define the number of receipts for internal use in which sales
are devided by departments (especially used in restaurant mode where
departments could be the suply area of the meal and drinks).
