3. Playlist and Operation
1. Playlist :
ƒ
Playlist is a script text file including command, time schedule, download filename
and content server IP address for MP-1000 player to execute line by line.
ƒ
Playlist is created by the MP-1000 Client Administration Tool administrator
software from the Host PC
2. Basic Operation:
ƒ
Use Administrator tool to upload playlist file into the specific URL path of HTTP or FTP
server
ƒ
Connect audio/video output to a TV display and Ethernet RJ-45 to a Network
ƒ
Turn on MP-1000, it will initialize Network LAN devices, download playlist from the
specific URL and store it onto CF card automatically
ƒ
MP-1000 will interpret the playlist file and execute tasks including download files,
playback files, time schedule …etc. or to playback a media files repeatedly until stop
or reboot command
ƒ
Administrator can update new playlist by using the same filename on URL, MP-1000
will load this new playlist file when it is powered-up manually, or by a pre-scheduled
daily reboot time, or by a preset interval time that allow player to visit the URL.
3 . Server Monitoring and MP-1000- Client Administration Tool

Server Monitoring is a Windows application software to manage multiple MP-1000
devices thru Local Network or Internet connection
ƒ
MP-1000- Client Administration Tool has many useful commands and editor
tools to monitor and control client devices
