Commands are provided for backward compatibility on EX2.  The KcQQQ command will respond with the new command equivalent; see 
associated new commands.

The EX2 will accept display-equipped module IDs (D & G) as command parameters for upward compatibility; query commands will result in 
printer responses with module IDs that are non-display compatible, providing backward compatibility.
