PR-01730 Printhead Error
Unable to read the printhead temperature.
Possible Cause 1:
The printhead cable is not attached to the printhead
cartridge.
Solution 1:
Power off the printer. Attach the printhead cables correctly.
Possible Cause 2:
The printhead cable or printhead cartridge is faulty.
Solution 2:
If you have another printhead cartridge, you can replace the
printhead cartridge to see if that solves the problem.
If you cannot fix the problem,
contact your service provider for assistance.
