Card Cleaning
Our advanced double-turret cleaning system thoroughly cleans the entire front and
back of the card twice in one pass, using cleaning rollers and cleaning tape supplies.
The MX2000 system optimizes cleaning cycles to achieve high supply conservation
and consistent performance, eliminating the need for additional cleaning stations in
downstream modules.
Automated Supply Recognition
The MX2000 system automatically detects installation of Datacard Certified
and Module Settings
Supplies and adjusts module settings to optimize the performance of the individual
supply item.This helps prevent unnecessary card and supply waste caused by supply
setting adjustments.
Supply-to-Job
The MX2000 system automatically verifies the supplies for each card job. The
MX2000 Verification system validates the correct color ribbons, cleaning tape and
card protection supplies are installed for the upcoming job, which helps conserve
inventory and improve operator productivity.
Supply Conservation
Ribbons for the graphics printing module offer ribbon saver features that achieve
significant yield savings, up to 25% yield gains over traditional thermal printing systems.
Ribbon Usage Monitoring
The MX2000 system notifies operators when a supply item is running low or is
completely exhausted.This allows operators to acquire replacement supplies before
the system stops production, which helps maximize productivity and reduce cycle
time.
