Ingredients:
6 oz bittersweet chocolate
2 oz unsweetened chocolate
¾ cup (1 ½ sticks) butter
1 ½ cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 cup flour
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
chopped walnuts or shredded
coconut, optional
Directions:

Melt the chocolate and butter together until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk
the eggs and then stir in the sugar and vanilla extract. Add the egg mixture to
the chocolate and butter mixture and mix. Add salt and flour, stirring until just
combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and optional add-ins.

Plug in your Express Pocket & Omelette Maker and lightly grease the
Cooking Surfaces. Pour about ½ cup of batter onto each Cooking Surface.
Close the Cover and cook for 9-12 minutes. Check halfway through to see if
you need to flip the brownies.
