Editing
The red cross in the connect icon in the upper left corner indicates that the PC software is not
connected with the DCX-36 MKII.
To go online either click on the
connect button in the toolbar or go to Status and select On line . The
red cross will disappear if the software is online with your DCX-36 MKII.
Important!
If you want to use the DCX software for real-time editing, you’ll have to store the new settings to the
DCX-36MKII first.
If you want to edit a program stored in the DCX-36 MKII, you’ll have to press the
Refresh button in the
Memory window first, in order to sync the DCX-software with your DCX-36 MKII.
Select the desired program
and click on the
Recall button. Now you are able to edit a stored program in real-time. For more info see
page 16.
Double clicking on one off the blocks (in this case, the gain block) opens the setting screen. The tabs
allow you to change the settings off the other blocks.
