How to replace the fan 

 

 

Introduction 

The fan is located at the bottom of the climate control unit. It is a 48 Volt DC fan that is 
connected to the control circuit. 

 

When to replace it 

The fan must be replaced when it sounds unusual or is otherwise defective. 

 

Before you start 

Before you start to replace the fan, make sure that you have the following with you: 

•

  A torx 25 screwdriver 

•

  A socket screwdriver (straight notch) for disconnecting cables in the connector 

sleeve. 

•

  A new EBM fan (Dantherm spare part number 29
