Enable the Speech Time option and 
configure the speech time in the 
CAA/Setup/User Type if the 
speech time configuration is based 
on user types. 

If the No Speech Time option is 
enabled, the speech time of the 
selected user type is not shown. 

Please refer to the section 
‘Delegates (User Type)’ for more 
information on configuring the user
