Modify an existing speech time configuration 

Modify an existing Delegates 
(User Type) speech time 
configuration by selecting the 
specific configuration in the 
configuration list.  

 

 

Open the user type configuration 
in the CAA/Setup/User Type and 
select the relevant user type. 

 

 

[Speech Time] 

Check box for enabling/disabling the use of speech time for the selected user 
type during an active Delegates (User Type) speech time configuration. Users 
without this option enabled will not have a speech time limit. 

[xx:xx:xx] 

Field for entering the speech time. The speech time can be set between 
00:00:00-09:59:59. 

[No Speech Time Limit] 

Check box for enabling/disabling the use of speech time for the selected user 
type. Mainly used for the other speech time configurations to disable speech 
time for the selected user type.
