Our responsibility to you:

Service by Daniela is second to none and it is this reputation that allows us 

to continue to operate as we do. We makeevery effort to provide prompt 

service to our customers with our local call centre, service team as well as 

key European components sourced for most of our products. An automatic 

two-year Manufacturer’s Warranty for parts and labour for servicing within 

Australia is included with every Daniela appliance purchase.
Daniela Appliances guarantees that any part of the product that is 

discovered to be defective within two years of the date of purchase will 

be repaired or, at our discretion, replaced without cost to the owner for 

material or labour.
This warranty is for in home servicing of your appliance.

 

This warranty does not cover:

Defects caused by factors other than:

- Normal domestic use within a domestic (residential) environment, or

- Correct use of the appliance in accordance with the Product User Manual.
Service calls which are not related to product defects. If it is determined 

that the issue is not a defect with the product, the cost of a service call 

will be incurred. For example: 
- Correcting the Product’s installation so that it complies with the Product     

User Manual.

- Providing instructions on site, on how to utilise the product properly.

- Resetting or replacing house fuses.

- Correcting house wiring or plumbing.

- Fixing any errors that the user may have made (including through failure 

to follow the maintenance and care instructions within the User Manual).

- Noise or vibration that is considered normal. E.g. drainage/fan sounds, 

regeneration noises or user warning tones.

- Repairing damage brought on by pests or vermin (e.g. rats, cockroaches, 

etc) Consumable or perishable parts (e.g. light globes, filters, or other 

similar parts).
Cosmetic damage caused by the user that has no impact on the product’s 

functionality.
Products where the serial number has been removed or defaced.

Product flaws brought on by negligence, abuse, accident, or a natural 

disaster (e.g. storm damage, power surges,electrical storm damage, etc).
The cost of repairs made by unlicensed repairers or the price of correcting 

such unauthorised repairs.

Normal recommended maintenance and cleaning as set out within the 

Product’s User Manual.

Repairs when the appliance has been repaired, dismantled or serviced by 

anyone other than a Daniela Appliances Pty Ltd authorised service agent.
Additional installation costs (e.g. plastering, caulking, modifying cabinetry, 

floorboards etc).
Unless specifically stated by a Daniela service manager, service under this 

manufacturer’s warranty must be provided by a Daniela Appliances trained 

and approved Service Agent (Authorised Service Representative, or ASR).
Such service shall be provided during normal business hours. The warranty 

certificate and proof of purchase should be shown when making any claim. 

Proof or purchase is required before you can make a claim under this 

warranty.
This Warranty is an extra benefit and does not affect your legal rights. 

Product sold in Australia only. 
You accept that if you make a warranty claim, Daniela Appliances Pty Ltd 

and its Authorised Service Representatives, may exchange information in 

relation to you to enable Daniela Appliances to meet its obligations under 

this warranty.
All our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the 

Australian Consumer Law. Daniela Appliances Pty Ltd accepts no liability 

pursuant to this Warranty for any costs or consequential damage or 

economic loss weather direct or indirect, to any person or property, arising 

from breakdown or failure of this appliances or any part thereof, and

no responsibility is to be implied or accepted over and above the 

replacement value of the product.
