Compressor Module Installation

Install new gaskets or O-rings when attaching flanges to the compressor.

A filter drier must be installed in the motor cooling liquid line as shown in the Refrigeration Schematics.

13. Tighten the M20 Allen head screws with a
torque wrench to the recommended torque
level shown in Table 23.
14. Slowly release the load from the crane so
that compressor weight is supported by the
compressor mounts. Tighten the compressor
bolts.
15. Install the motor cooling inlet and exit lines
16. Using the new O-rings supplied with the
compressor, attach all refrigerant line
connections.
17. Remove the service-side cover.
18. Connect the interface cables, CIM, DC-DC
and Drive Module to the relevant connection
points on the CCM and PWM.
