3.3.7 Low Harmonic Drive
The low harmonic drive (LHD) consists of an active filter
(AAF) section and a Adjustable frequency drive section.
The AAF section actively compensates for harmonic
distortion generated on line power by the Adjustable
frequency drive. Apart from that, the functionality of the
active filter section is the same as the stand-alone AAF
active filter.
