Warranty
• Always have the model and serial number of the
condensing unit available for any warranty claim.
• The warranty of the product can be rendered
void in the following cases:
- Absence of nameplate.
- External modifications, mainly drilling, welding,
broken feet and shock markings.
- Open compressor or returned without sealing.
- Dye for rust detection, water or leak in the
compressor.
- Use of an off-specification refrigerant or
lubricant.
- Any deviation from the recommended
instructions regarding the installation,
application or maintenance.
- Use of the unit in an environment with an
explosive atmosphere.
- No model number or serial number was
informed in the warranty claim.
