11 Transportation and storage
11.1
STORAGE
Products should be meet the conditions of Storage way,storage conditions and maintenance
in the period:
a) Packed inside the box；
b) No acid,alkali and other corrosive gases in storage
place,cleaning,drying,ventilation；
c) Thermal imager should be put on luggage carrier away from the strong magnetic
field ,the luggage carrier should be away from the floor and walls more than 0.5meters;
d) Storage place temperature should keep in 5～30℃，humidity keep under 70%;
e) Check the stock products every half year with electricity during storage time;
f) lithium battery for longtime storage,temperature should keep in -20 ℃ ~ 35 ℃,
charging temperature range keep in 0 ℃ ~ 50 ℃, the discharge temperature range keep
in -40 ℃ ~ 55 ℃, please accordance with the classification temperature conditions
strictly for storage and use;
g)
When lithium battery pack no longer use in a long period,the battery should be in
half charged state,neither so full,nor so empty,and storage in the right
way.Lithium battery pack need full charge and discharge in maintenance processes
every 3 months when in storage.
11.2
TRANSPORTATION
a) Not allowed to transportation with flammable、explosive and corrosive goods；
b) Transportation process should be waterproof、prevent insolation and collision
prevention；
c) Avoid shakeing over it’s design range when transport in case of damage.
