Display
The current status of the U•H1 control unit is indicated by information messages on the display and a
coloured backlight.
When an alarm is present, only alarm messages are displayed. Any messages associated with a
technical fault is no longer present.
Keypad
Allows movement within a menu or within a selection
Allows entry to a sub menu or to the action associated with the selected menu item
Allows exiting a sub menu and return to the parent menu
ENTER
Allows entry in configuration mode, confirmation of a parameter change or starting the
action associated with the selected menu item
ESC
Allows exiting the configuration menu completely or to abandon the current parameter
change and return to the parent menu
RESET 1 x
Allows turning the audible alarm and the transistor output off (potentially connected to
an alarm)
RESET 2 x
Allows:
-
- resetting an alarm if the gas concentration returns below the threshold which
triggers it.
-
- resetting the errors still indicated but no longer ongoing.

Note:
The display’s backlighting goes into sleep mode after 60 seconds. As soon as the keypad is used,
as soon as an alarm is detected or as soon as a technical fault appears, the U•H1 control unit goes
out after sleep mode.
