Harrow depth is hydraulically adjusta-
ble. The angle of the harrow section is
adjusted manually on the handle (A).
The angle set will be retained regard-
less of depth, as the tines are mounted
in a parallelogram. The harrow section
is supported by the wheel (B), which
maintains a constant depth.

The harrow section and main frame should be horizontal.
Harrow section hydraulics must be in flow position when tines are in the soil.
Basic setting.
Harrow angle plays a major role in performance. Correct adjustment means the tines
will work at the same depth.
Operation
Adjust harrow depth as required. Adjust depth using the green hose (see "Hose
markings") and the wheel
Retrofitting
The harrow can be factory-fitted, or supplied at a later date if required. A crane or
other lifting device will be required for retrofitting.
Bleed hydraulic system thoroughly to avoid injury to personnel. Move depth-
adjustment cylinders up and down fully several times to bleed system.
