The following issues can be handled by the user. Please call the ser-
vice center if the problem is not solved.
Unit won't operate
• Make sure the unit is plugged in to power
supply.
• Low voltage.
• Power outage.
• A house fuse is blown or a circuit breaker
is tripped.

Odor.
• Foods are not properly wrapped or sealed.
• Rotten foods inside the refrigerator.
• Interior needs cleaning.
Foods inside the fresh
food compartment
are frozen.
• Thermostat knob is set in a too cold posi-
tion.
• Foods containing water were placed in the
fresh food compartment.
The compressor has
been running for a
long period of time.
• It is normal for the unit to run for long pe-
riods of time especially during summer
when room temperature is higher.
• Do not load the unit with too many food
at the same time.
• Do not load foods into de unit until they
have cooled down to room temperature.
• Too many door openings.
• Thick layer of frost. The unit needs to be
defrosted.
The refrigerator door
cannot be properly
closed.
• Freezer door is stuck by food packages.
• Too much food inside the unit.
• Refrigerator is not level.
Abnormal sounds.
• Make sure the refrigerator is level.
• Check parts and accessories inside the ap-
pliance. Vibration produces noise.
