The drain
pipe is

reporting
alarms about
blocking.
The drain pipe
does not
discharge water
smoothly.
Inspect that the entire pipeline of
the drain pipe is not warped and
outlet end is lower than the
water-discharge port of the
apparatus. If the drain pipe
discharges smooth flow water but
continues to report alarms, Log in
to the system with the
administrator user account and
enter the interface of “menu -
setting - parameter setting”.
Disable the water tank liquid level
detection functions.

The hanger
of the
mechanical
arm jams the
tank.
The reagent
tank is not
opened, and
some slide
stands are not
taken out from
the reagent tank.
Open the reagent tank cover or
take out the slide stands inside the
station that experiences the tank
jamming situation. Inspect whether
the slide stands are damaged and
unhooked. Click the button
“Reduce Mechanical Arm” on this
display screen after confirmation
that there is no error. The system
continues to handle the current
staining program after the
mechanical arm’s automatic reset
is successful. If multiple attempts
of reset fail, shut down the device
and manually complete the
unfinished steps.
