6. Cleaning and Maintenance

6.2 Regular Maintenance

Actually, maintenance is unnecessary during operation of the apparatus.

However, in order to guarantee long-term smooth running of the apparatus, we
recommend the following:

•

Maintenance engineers authorized by Dakewe inspect the apparatus at
least once every year.

•

When the guarantee maintenance period is about to expire, a new service
contract shall be signed. To learn more information, please contact local
technical service personnel of Dakewe.

Oven

Frequently inspect whether the wastewater pipe has accumulative
filth, especially waterweeds. Wash them if necessary. 5% sodium
hypochlorite must be used to rinse the liquid discharging system in
order to prevent bacterial growth. However, the metal parts shall be
prevented from long-time exposure to this solution. Therefore, a
large amount of water shall be used for washing after cleaning with
sodium hypochlorite.

Use domestic or laboratory detergent for cleaning according to

Regularly inspect whether there are paraffin residues in the paraffin
