Unpack and lay out all parts. Lay the 2x planks upside down with the arrows facing each other for correct
orientation. Note the different coloured dots on each frame correspond to the same coloured dots on each
end of the planks, so ensure you place the frames at the correct end.
Mount hand wheel to adaptor using the 6x screws in the adaptor.
Starting from one end – (note coloured dots on frame and plank) insert one end frame onto the 2 planks while
lining up the bolt holes. You may need to clip in the frames. Install loosely the 8x M6 mounting bolts – do not
tighten.
Note:
Bolt down tabs to face towards centre of the UBR
Install centre C frames – insert the C frame (or frames depending on size) onto the 2 planks while lining up
the bolt holes. You may need to clip in the frames. Install loosely the 8x M6 mounting bolts – do not tighten.
