4. Procedure to Remove PCB

Procedure

Warning      Be sure to wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power 

supplies before disassembling work.

Remove the top panel 
and the front panel (2) 
according to the 
procedure for removing 
outside panels.

1. Removing the PCB (A2P)

Disconnect the 
connector (X205A) from 
the PCB.

While pressing the 2 
tabs, remove the PCB 
(A2P).

2. Removing the PCB (A1P)

Remove the switch box 
according to the 
procedure for removing 
the switch box.

Remove the clamp from 
the compressor 
harness.

Press the tabs to 
remove the terminal 
block.

Cut the 2 cable ties (A).

Extend the tabs, and 
then remove the 
support leg of the cover 
of electrical 
components.

5

Disengage the 3 tabs on 
the left side, and then 
while pushing down the 
2 tabs on the right side, 
remove the whole cover 
of the electric 
components.

6

Cut the cable tie (B).

Disconnect the 
connector listed in point 
column.

Remove the PCB (A1P) 
together with the
