Dust Collection Filter

Attention
Be sure to operate with the dust collection fi lter, deodorising fi lter and fi lter fi xing unit attached.
If the unit is operated without the fi lters attached, malfunction may result.
Replace in about 10 years
Replacement period
•
Replacement timing depends on usage patterns and the
location of the unit.
•
Standard replacement time is about 10 years assuming
that the unit is used daily in a home where 5 cigarettes
are smoked a day. (calculation in accordance with testing
method of Japan Electrical Manufacturers' Association
JEM1467 standard)
•
If the impurity content of the ambient air is high, the filter
will need more frequent replacement.
•
Replace the dust collection filter if the filter is failing to
perform.

1 Pull the fi lter tag upwards.
2 Hold the bottom part of dust collection fi lter and lift
it out.

Attach the new dust collection
fi
lter.
•
Pay attention to the orientation while installing a
new dust collection fi lter.
Side with tag and
markings should face
toward you and arrow
should point up.

Attach the deodorising

lter.
