5 Commission the fan coil unit
Activating forced OFF and ON/OFF operation
The following table explains “forced OFF” and “ON/OFF operations” in response to the input
signal.

Turn the power on and then use the remote controller to select operation.

Set the remote controller to the field set mode.

Test the installation

Test the installation
After installation, the installer is obliged to verify correct operation. Therefore a test run must
be performed according to the procedures described below.
In case something is wrong with the unit and it does not operate, contact your local DAIKIN
dealer.

and NOT 12(22)-1-01/02 as mentioned in some
option manuals.
Information
When using a wireless remote controller, conduct a test operation after installing the
decoration panel.
