Adjusting welding voltage.
•
Turn the left knob to set the welding voltage independently.
•
Use the left button to adjust the welding voltage correction (-5
- +5V) according to the standard synergy settings
.
•
This will not adjust wire speed
•
We change the height and width of the weld by voltage
correction
•
For ease of use, it is recommended to first adjust the target wire feed speed and then fine-tune the tension
as needed
.
•
See the WELDING - WELDING REFERENCE PARAMETERS chapter
6.
Adjustment of the inductance of the welding arc.
•
With the right button (3) you can set the inductance from -10
(reduced inductance) to +10 (increased inductance
).
•
The inductance effectively adjusts the intensity of the welding
arc. The increased inductance makes the welding arc "softer"
with less spatter when welding
.
•
By adjusting the inductance, we change the arc width and
increase the penetration.
•
Optimum inductance settings are affected by many welding variables such as: type of material, type of welding joint,
type of gas, welding current, wire diameter
,…
•
The default inductance value is 0. It is recommended to keep this value unless the operator is an experienced welder
2T/4T stroke welding function:
⚫
Press right key to switch between 2T/4T welding mode
.
⚫
In 2T mode, the trigger must be pressed and held while
welding. This is useful for short and butt welds
.
⚫
4T-act operation means that pressing the torch switch
initiates the start of welding, and pressing the switch again
causes the end of welding. This is useful for long welds
.
