If you have not input a user name/password, or check the anonymous button, system 

pops up a dialogue box to prompt you that system is going to add anonymously. In 

this situation, once the iSCSI path has the access setup, you may not connect to the 

iSCSI server.   

 

Since the connection may take a while, please wait a moment and then click refresh 

button, once the status is shown as offline after you added.
