PROCEDURES PHOTOS
1.Stop the air conditioner and disconnect the wire from indoor unit to out
door unit.
2. Disassemble the case. (Fig 1~2)

Remove the Top Panel. (Loosen nine screws)

Remove the Service Cover (Loosen two screws)
3
Remove the Front Cabinet. (Loosen seven screws)
4
Remove the Side Cabinet.(Loosen eight screws)
5
Remove the Guide Post. (Loosen four screws)
3. Removing the Propeller Fan. (Fig 3)

Loosen the screw fixed at the motor bracket.

Remove the Plain Washer.
3
Remove the Propeller Fan.
4. Removing the panel control. (Fig 4)

Disconnect the wire at the control panel.

Loosen the screw at the panel control.
3
Remove the parts on the panel control.
5. Removing the partition panel. (Fig 5)

Loosen four screws at the bracket motor.
2
Disconnect the wire at the control panel.
6. Remove the compressor. (Fig 6)

Remove the condenser
2
Loosen three volts at compressor.
3
Remove the compressor.
