operation. User is responsible for the installation and use of the device in accordance with the require-
ments of the manufacturer, in this manual. The manufacturer is not responsible for damages caused
by not proper use and maintenance. Starter and charger must be protected from humidity and rain,
mechanical damage, through wind and possible ventilation of neighboring devices, over-voltage and
rough handling.
After storage in a cold or damp room, and after transport, the device before switching should be
allowed under normal conditions for at least 2 hours
The main condition for normal charging is that it correctly (see the manual for the battery.).
1). Avoid installing the unit in the open, sunny, with a strong influence of the sun.
2). Install the unit on a clean, dry, flat surface. One should avoid vibrations ingestion of iron powder,
dust and dirt.
3). Install the unit in a dry place and without water, to avoid the risk of electric shock.
4). Before you start to clean contacts and terminals of the charger.
Connect the cable and clamps according to the polarity and connect the unit to the network at 220V
±10%, at 50/60 Hz. With proper cable installation to the battery, the unit will show the current value on
the ammeter.

WARNING!
Do not reverse the polarity to avoid a short circuit! Ventilation holes battery must be open!
6. CONNECTION
WARNING! Connecting pre-charger to the network must be performed by a qualified electrician.
Before connecting the pre-charger to the power, make sure that the size and frequency of the voltage
corresponding to the voltage on the nameplate.
7. OPERATIONS.
Pay particular attention to: Before charging to check the battery capacity (Ah) that you are going to
charge, did not exceed the parameters set by the manufacturer pre-charger.
1). Remove lids / caps on the battery (if any) to allow free exit to allocate gas. Check that the level of
the electrolyte battery cover plate. If they were not covered, add distilled water until the level was 5 to
10 mm above the plates.
Please note that the exact battery charge can be determined by using a hydrometer (density meter),
which measures the density of the electrolyte.
CAUTION: Be extremely careful during this operation as an electrolyte - a very corrosive acid!
2). When the network cable is disconnected from the power connector (plug), plug connector 12/24 (if
any) according to the nominal voltage of the battery.
3). Connect the red clamp to the positive "+" terminal of the battery and the black clip to the negative
terminal "-". Connect the power cord and set the switch to "ON".
Battery charger ammeter indicates a current flowing through the battery (start charging). During the
charging ammeter pointer will slowly decline to the lowest settings according to capacity and those.
capacity battery.
Once the battery is charged, you'll notice that the liquid (electrolyte) inside the battery begins to boil. It
is desirable to stop charging when the phenomenon is observed in order to avoid oxidation of plates
and to maintain the battery in good condition.
WARNING:Charging the battery with low capacity for work. In this case, you have to be very careful
with this form of battery. Exercises should be performed slowly and continue to check the voltage at
the terminals of the battery. When the voltage reaches 14.4 / 28.8 (it can be easily detected by conven-
tional tester), stop charging is desirable.
Using a battery-starters.
Here is an example calculation for clearly select a charger or charge-starter:
To determine when the battery charger "from scratch", you need to divide the battery charging
current, and add 10% of the resulting number.
For example, you must charge the "from scratch" battery capacity of 50 amp / hours and you have a
10-amp battery charger - for that you spend 6 hours. The same charger under equal conditions to
charge a battery with a capacity of 100 amp / hours to fully charge 11 hours.
If you want to increase the speed of charging or charge several batteries in less amount of time, then
you should pick up more power charger.
Charge-starter Class 330, 430
Terminal "-" - not removable and connects to the "-" battery.Depending on the battery voltage 12/24V
terminal marked "+" are mounted on the respective output 12V or 24V on the front panel and connect
to the battery.
Switches from right to left:
Switch ON / OFF - turn on or turn off the device
Switch - switches the unit back to "charging" or "start"
Switch MIN / BOOST - toggles between normal charge (MIN) and fast charge (BOOST)
Switch 1/2 - switches for charging currents, is used only in the normal charge (MIN)
Charge-starter DAMAX 520 / 600
Terminal "-" - not removable and connects to the "-" battery.
Depending on the battery voltage 12/24V terminal marked "+" are mounted on the respective output

4,5,6 position only works when the timer (the switch in the lower left corner), select a time from 3 to 45
minutes, during which will be fast-charging battery, in order to facilitate the starter through the fast
start the car, when you can not make a full battery charge. After the end of the timer, it will beep and
turn off the charging voltage.
RECOMMENDED! Always perform fast charging battery before using the starter, to help start the car.
Simultaneous charging of two or more batteries
When you need to charge more than one battery at a time, you can use the parallel or serial connec-
tions. From the above two is better to use serial connections, in which case you can check the current
value in each of the panels that will be displayed ammeter.
Note: If using a serial connection for charging two batteries having nominal voltage of 12 V, it is desira-
ble to set the switch 12/24 on the situation of 24 V.

The end of the charging process.
When charging is complete, unplug the power by setting the switch to the position "OFF", and then
pull the plug. Then disconnect the terminals from the battery and place the pre-charger in a dry place.
Starting your device.
Running Machine (starter) is required when the battery / car battery has enough power to start the
vehicle. In this case, and use the starter, which produces enough power to run the motor. To do this,
install the switch into the "Run".
Before starting, read the technical parameters of the motor vehicle.
All main connections shall be protected by fuses or circuit breakers.
NOTE: The launch vehicle must strictly follow the cycles work / pause, marked on the pre-charger
and if the car will not start, do not continue the operation, as this may damage the vehicle.
IMPORTANT! Before starting the application launcher is desirable to perform quick recharging the car
battery for 10-15 minutes, to help the starter and facilitate quick and easy starting.
