After enabling the remote access
function, you can select the desired
program and auxiliary functions on
the app
VeeZy
and the time to
start
the washing.
Warnings for Wi-Fi:
• You need a Wi-Fi network for the
remote access function.
• Make sure that the wireless
network you want to connect to has
a 2.4 GHz band.
• If you are having connection
issues, please check with your
internet service provider. The cause
of the connection problem may be
the distance between your machine
and the modem. Get the modem
closer to the machine and retry
setup.
• Once setup is complete, it is not
necessary to make sure that your
machine and mobile device are
connected to the same network.
You can control your machine via
mobile data.
• On your machine with Wi-Fi setup,
if you start a program with the Start/
Pause key (5), the remote access
function will automatically turn on.
• Remote access will be disabled if
the power of the machine is cut off
or its door is opened. To reconnect,
press and hold the Program key
(2) for 2 seconds while the door is
closed.
• When the wireless connection
between your machine and your
home network is cut off, the Wi-
Fi Connection (17) and Remote
Access (18) indicators will flash
until connection is restored. When
the home network is restored, the
Wi-Fi connection will automatically
be established on your machine.
• If you do not perform any actions
on the machine for 15 minutes while
power saving mode and remote
access function are enabled, the
machine will switch to sleep mode,
and only the Wi-Fi Connection (17)
and Remote Access (18) indicators
will turn on. In sleep mode, if you
intervene through the machine or
via
the app
VeeZy
, the machine will
exit
sleep mode and become ready
for
use.
To reset the Wi-Fi connection of
your
machine, press and hold the
Delay
(3) and Confirm (7) keys at
the same
time for 3 seconds. If
there
is Wi-Fi
connection on your
machine, it will
disconnect and the
machine will
switch to Wi-Fi network
searching
mode.
The Wi-Fi Connection (17) will
flash to indicate that the machine
is searching for a Wi-Fi network.
If no connection is established in
10 minutes, the Wi-Fi connection
indicator (17) will turn off the and
machine will stop searching for a
Wi-Fi network.
