FRONT WHEEL/FRONT FORK/STEERING

Install the axle nut.
Install the speedometer cable, and tighten with screws.
Place  the  front  wheel  on  the  ground,  and  tighten  the
axle nut to the specified torque.

TORQUE VALUE : 5.0-7.0 kgf m

FRONT FORK 

REMOVAL

Remove the following parts.

Front fender
Front caliper
Loosen  the  upper/under  fixing  bolts,  and  remove  the
front cushion.

NOTE

Support the vehicle securely under the engine not to
turn over it.

DISASSEMBLY

Set up the attachmert as like photo.
Install  the  cushion  into  the  cushion  compressor,  press
the spring.

Hold the bottom metal and loosen the locknut.
Remove the bottom metal.
