Insert the plastic plugs into the
holes on the walls (use a
hammer if needed). Attach
two brackets securely to the
wall using the long screws
provided.
Move the dresser to its final position. Lace one end of
the restraint strap through the larger hole on each
mounting bracket. Bring both ends together and slide
the flat end through the locking end. Pull through until
all slack is removed.
