The temperature adjustment bar will appear. Touch
and slide the pointer back and forth to select the
desired cooking temperature. Touch the arrows on
either end of the adjustment bar to make minor
adjustments.

• Since you have restarted the oven during this process,

may appear on the display. Touch
Start
to clear the
message.
• If you increase the temperature by more than 50°F (28°C),
remove the food from the oven to prevent excessive
browning.
Lock-Out Feature
If you want to disable the control panel when
the oven is not in use:
•
Touch and hold the
CANCEL RIGHT
or
CANCEL LEFT
key on the control panel for about five seconds. The
control panel keys will stop working and
Locked
will
appear on the display. Only the
CANCEL RIGHT,
CANCEL LEFT
and oven light keys will remain func-
tional.
•
To reactivate the control panel, touch and hold the
CANCEL RIGHT
or
CANCEL LEFT
key for about five
seconds.
IMPORTANT
Using the lock-out feature turns off the timers if they are in use.
Basic Oven Operation
Changing the Oven Cooking Mode
To change to a different cooking mode while the oven is
on, for example to change from Bake to Convection Roast:
1.
Touch the current cooking mode icon that appears on
the touch display, left of the temperature setting.
2.
The main cooking menu will appear on the display.
Touch the new desired cooking mode.
3.
Touch the sub-mode.
