Perform the following checks before contacting our technical service in the event of a problem.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Phenomenon
Cause or points to check
A. If the heating element of the water tank (optional)
does not work. The system does not restart.
B. If the water fails to circulate from the top.
C. Water circulates but it is cold.
• There is no electrical current. Wait for it to restart.
• The switch is turned off. Turn it on.
• The main fuse of the building is turned off. Make
sure the fuse is working.
• The water supply has been cut. Wait for the water
supply to return.
• The hot and cold water inlet valves of the water
tank are closed. Open them.
• The filter is dirty. Remove it and clean it.
• The radiator vessel of the solar collector are turned
off. Turn them on.
• The radiator is on and the circulation pump off.
Turn it on.
• The collector pump is turned off. Turn it on.
NB:
The thermostat may be adjusted to an excessively low level. Adjust it to higher levels.
