Introduction

Congratulations on your purchase of the DCS-950 Internet Camera! The DCS-950 is
a versatile and unique solution for your small ofﬁce or home. Unlike a PC Camera, the
DCS-950 is a stand-alone system with a built-in CPU and Web server that transmits
high quality video images for monitoring. The DCS-950 can be accessed remotely, and
controlled from any PC/Notebook over the Intranet or Internet via a web browser. The
simple installation procedure and intuitive web-based interface offer easy integration
with your Ethernet or Fast Ethernet network. The DCS-950 also comes with remote
