Section 4 - Configuration
Static Route
Once connected to the Internet, your router automatically builds routing
tables that determine where traffic should be sent. Static routes can override
this process, allowing traffic to be directed to a specific client or location.
Routing Configuration
Add:
Click this button to add a new static route.
Delete:
Click this button to delete the selected route(s).
Destination
network:
Indicates the IP address of the destination network.
Gateway:
Indicates the gateway traversed by the static route.
Interface:
Indicates the interface traversed by the static route.
Metric:
Indicates the metric of the static route.
Accessibility:
Indicates the current status of the route.
Add Route
Protocol:
Choose the protocol used by the static route.
Interface:
Choose the interface used by the static route.
Destination
network:
Specify the IP address of the destination.
Destination
netmask:
Specify the netmask used by the destination IP.
