Error indicators
Your preamplifier has a unique error indication system
to help you to diagnose problems. There are two error
condition messages that may be displayed in the event of
a system error –
Error - PSU
This error will be displayed
if there is a fault with the
internal power supply of
the preamplifier.
A PSU error cannot be
corrected by the user. The
preamplifier should be
returned to your retailer.
Error - Mains
This error will occur
if there’s a significant
disturbance in the mains
power supply.
Switch off mains power,
wait for 30 seconds and
re-connect power. The
error should not re-occur if
the mains power supply is
stable.
If a fault condition still remains, return the preamplifier
to your Cyrus appointed retailer or an authorised Service
Centre.
