. AUTOMATIC CLEANING – PYRO
Before activating this function, make sure that you
have removed all the accessories from the oven,
including the shelf guides.
Turn the
selection knob
to select the automatic
cleaning function.
There are two self-cleaning cycles available: a
complete cycle and a quick cycle (ECO).
Turn the
adjustment knob
to select the desired cycle
and press
to confirm.
the oven begins the self-cleaning cycle, and the door
locks automatically: a warning message appears on
the display, along with a countdown indicating the
status of the cycle in progress.
Once the cycle has been completed, the door remains
locked until the temperature inside the oven has
returned to a safe level.
COOL
The display will then show the current time.
Please note: like with other manual, it is also possible to set
the end time for the automatic cleaning cycle.
. USING THE MEAT PROBE
Using the probe enables you to measure the core
temperature of the meat during cooking to ensure
that it reaches the optimum temperature.
The temperature of the oven varies according to the
function that you have selected, but cooking is always
programmed to finish once the specified temperature
has been reached.
Insert the food probe deep into
the meat, avoiding bones or fatty
areas. For poultry, insert the probe
lengthways into the centre of the
breast, avoiding hollow areas. Place
the food in the oven and connect
the plug by inserting it into the
connection provided on the right-
hand side of the oven’s cooking
compartment.
Once you have inserted the probe, an audible signal
is activated and “Probe” appears on the display.
Select the function you require from those that are
compatible (conventional, convection bake, forced air,
turbogrill, maxi cooking, eco forced air, meat, poultry,
slow cooking): The display shows the temperature
measured by the probe (large), the setpoint
temperature for the oven cooking compartment (top)
and the setpoint temperature for the core of the meat
(bottom).
Please note: An audible signal and a message will tell you
if use of the probe is not compatible with the function you
have selected. If this is the case, remove the probe or select a
different function.
Turn the
adjustment knob
to change the temperature
of the cooking compartment first, then press
to
confirm.
Turn the
adjustment knob
to change the required core
temperature, then press
to confirm and activate
the function.
As cooking is programmed to finish once the required
temperature has been reached, it is not possible to set
the cooking time or set a specific time for cooking to
end.
Please note: To change the settings subsequently, turn the
adjustment knob
for the oven temperature and press
to
activate adjustment of the probe temperature.
Once the probe is inserted, any preheating phases (if
programmed) will be cancelled and cooking will start
immediately.
Please note: The light will remain on until the probe is
removed.
If the probe is removed during cooking, the display will show
the cooking time.
An audible signal will sound and the display will
indicate when the probe has reached the required
temperature. Cooking will then be stopped.
