Recording Name Greetings

8.1

Recording Name Greetings

You can record only one name greeting. The 

Create Name

 button is only visible when

no name greeting has been recorded yet. 

Name greetings already recorded can be edited and deleted just like normal greetings.

1. Click the 

Create Name 

button. The system calls you immediately at the specified

connection.

2. Pick up the receiver.

3. Press the 

Record

 button and speak the name into your telephone´s mouthpiece.

4. Enable the 

Pause 

button to interrupt recording. The current length of the greeting is

displayed for information.

5. Click on the left end of the 

Navigation bar

 to rewind to the the recording start.
