5. Install u-bolts, Item #5 around the bumper frame and
through the front mount holes. Place washers, Item
#10, over the slotted holes and fasten with locknuts,
Item #9.
6. Torque all mount fasteners to specification.
7. Install winch and roller fairlead per the instructions
that came with the kit. Use fasteners, Items #2 and
#4, to secure the fairlead to the winch mount. Tighten
to specification.
8.
Reinstall the bumper cover and rock guard. Tighten
fasteners sufficiently.

17ft. lbs. (23 Nm)
