Add a New Number/Name
Press [DIR.] during standby m ode. “NO ITEM” appears if
no records in the directory, or “20 ITEMS
↓
=VIEW ”
appears if there is 20 records in the directory. If the
m emory locations are full, the m essage “LIST FULL” will
appear and your request is rejected.
After 3 seconds, “USE SAVE=CREATE” appears on the
display.
Press [SAVE]. Enter the num ber.
Tip: 1. Pressing [Pause] to add a two second delay
(pause) in the num ber field and

is displayed. 2.
Pressing [Flash] to add a flash in the number field and
F
is displayed.
After finished number entry, press [O.K.] and “_NAME” is
displayed.
Use the digit keys to enter the nam e. If you m ake a
m istake, press [DELETE] and re-enter. W hen finished,
press [SAVE].
You will see “SAVED TO DIR!” on the display to confirm
the entry.
