Set Up
1.
Adjust seat to align shoulders with Shoulder Height decal.
2.
Adjust thigh pad for stabilization during exercise.
3.
Grasp handles and sit with thighs under pad.
Basic Movement
1.
Pull handles down until elbows are by your sides and handles are approximately level with shoulders.
Advanced Movement
1.
While pushing the handles outward, pull down until your elbows are by your sides and your hands
are approximately level with yur shoulders.
