Remove the fi ve Phillips screws securing the shield near D.
the cam and remove shield. See Figure 1A.
Rotate cam and disconnect weight stack belt from cam E.
(by loosening the two set screws on the belt clamp with
a 7/32” Allen wrench). See Figure 1B.
Locate the belt attached near the adjusting tube. F.
See Figure 2.
Loosen both set G. screws securing belt.
Remove belt from clamp and “unroute” belt so that it can H.
be easily removed from the machine when pulley shaft is
removed.
Remove one of the two BHSCS (Button Head Socket Cap I.
Screws) securing the pivot shaft. See Figure 3.
Carefully remove pivot shaft and pulley shaft. See Figure 3. J.
NOTE: Be extremely careful when removing shaft so you
don’t ruin the threads on the shaft.
With an assistant, carefully remove the eight BHSCS securing the K.
two halves of the frame. See Figure 4.
Carefully move each half through the door-way to the desired location. L.
With an assistant, carefully attach each half together using the eight BHSCS M.
removed in step 4K. See Figure 4.
Carefully attach pulley shaft using the pivot shaft and N.
BHSCS removed in steps 4I and 4J. See Figure 3.
Properly route and connect belt to belt clamp (removed O.
in step 4H).
Connect the weight stack belt to the belt clamp of cam P.
(removed in step 4E). See Figure 1B.
Install shield and secure using the fi ve Phillips head Q.
screws (removed in step 4D).
Continue on with Step 5B. R.
5. Remove shipping feet and remove the back shrouds.
Carefully remove each (standard) cone-shaped shipping A.

Cut shipping tie securing top weight. B.
Carefully place rubber feet (supplied with machine) C.

Lift top weight and turn the Increment Weight Adjusting D.
Knob to select all 15 lbs. (three increment weights each
