Set Up
1.
Adjust back to desired angle.
2.
Adjust foot plate to desired start position of about 90 degrees at the knee.
3.
Position feet on foot plate shoulder width apart and toes pointed slightly outward.
Movement
1.
Press shoulders and back into back pad by extending legs.
NOTE
.
Do not hyperextend knees.
